About
We are seeking a responsible and experienced housekeeping supervisor to oversee our hotel's housekeeping staff. The successful candidate will be very detailed oriented, maintain a professional demeanor at all times, and ensure that our guests' rooms are kept clean and orderly. The salary and benefits are competitive and include Gaji Pokok, Jabatan, Meal + Transport, Service Charge, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan, and THR (after 12 months).
Responsibilities:
- Responsable for all rooms cleanliness
- Scheduling deep cleaning routines to ensure that guest rooms are cleaned in a timely manner
- Inspecting guest rooms to ensure that they are clean and meet hotel standards
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintaining records and databases related to housekeeping (such as linen, pillows, etc)
- Organizing and maintaining housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Maintaining Daily Reports to Office
Requirements:
- Most importantly great attention to detail and accuracy
- Hospitality diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar role
- Great english communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem solver
