Purpose
The purpose of this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is to establish guidelines and procedures for the operation of night security at Taman Bebek Hotel.
Scope
This SOP applies to all night security personnel at Taman Bebek Hotel.
Procedure
Patrols
- Night security must patrol the hotel premises every hour, checking for any signs of suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
- Night security must keep a log of all patrols and any incidents or observations made during the patrol.
Guest Assistance
- Night security must assist guests with any security or safety concerns, such as escorting them to their rooms or providing directions to hotel amenities.
- Night security must be available to answer guest inquiries, assist guests with parking and carrying bags in late check-ins.
Incident Response
- Night security must respond immediately to any security or safety incidents, such as accidents, medical emergencies, or fire alarms.
- Night security must notify the appropriate personnel, such as the front desk staff or emergency services, if necessary.
- Night security must provide a written report of any incidents to the hotel management.
Surveillance
- Night security must monitor the hotel surveillance system and report any suspicious activity or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
- Night security must maintain confidentiality of all surveillance footage and information.
Equipment Maintenance
- Night security must maintain all security equipment, such as cameras and alarms, and report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
